Last year we did have a couple of issues with standards, nothing crazy (4 incidents from 800+ vehicles...) but still we aim to eliminate these all together. When you book a detail through Timeless, we want you to get the same, phenomenal results every time. So we've established some updated checklists, both for our customers and for our detailers.
We obviously aren't going to post the full 45-point detailer's check list for our competitors to use, but you'll see an early versions of the "post detail checklist" that our customers will be going through with the detailer upon completion. This will make sure everyone is happy and clear on what has been done and no spots have been missed or are unsatisfactory.
